Troublemaker Red Blend is a dynamic and complex wine crafted by Hope Family Wines in California's renowned Paso Robles region of Central Coast. This red blend comprises Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel, sourced from select plots in Central Coast and other key vineyards. These grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. They undergo a cold soak before fermentation, which takes place in both open top and closed top stainless steel tanks. This process enhances the extraction of color and flavor. After fermentation, the wine is aged for an average of 20 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This extended aging period allows the wine to develop its complex layers of flavors and aromas. It has 14.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Whether enjoyed with a meal or alone, Troublemaker Red Blend offers a versatile and satisfying wine experience.
